Instruct with TG Simulation

We are looking for experienced multi-pilot pilots and instructors to deliver MCC and APS MCC simulator sessions in our Boeing 737 simulator.

LincolnOne or two days at a timeFits around a flying career

The role

You would instruct the practical simulator part of our multi-crew cooperation courses, and complete the training record for each student after their session. Instructors normally come in for one or two days at a time, every few weeks, so you can fit it around a flying career.

Sessions take place at our headquarters in Lincoln. Terms are agreed with each instructor. Everyone completes a short onboarding on our system, including proof of their qualifications, before they are given sessions.

Two ways in

To be given simulator sessions you need an MCCI, TRI or SFI qualification on your checklist and the Head of Training's authority to teach. You can be at either stage when you apply.

1. You already hold an MCCI (or a TRI or SFI). Apply, and if we take you on you get a link to create your account and upload your proof. Once it is checked you can be given sessions.

2. You meet the minimum requirements. You are not an MCCI yet but you meet the minimum for the course. Apply, then take our MCCI course; once you hold the certificate you can be given simulator sessions.

Do I meet the minimum?

The minimum to start the MCCI course comes from the regulation (UK Part-FCL FCL.915.MCCI): a CPL, MPL or ATPL, and 1,500 hours as a pilot in multi-pilot operations, of which at least 350 hours are in the appropriate aircraft category (aeroplanes).

This is a quick guide only. The Head of Training confirms it from your logbook when you apply.
